About the American Chiropractic Neurology Board

The American Chiropractic Neurology Board (ACNB) is fully accredited by the National Commission for Certification Agencies (NCCA). This is the highest accreditation given in the U.S. and is a very distinct chiropractic specialty in neurology. It is the only chiropractic specialty that is accredited at this level.
